Beyond exceptional service! We feel so lucky to have found Irma as our buyer's agent. As buyers who lived out of state, the logistics of finding the right home for us and then making the arrangements to visit these homes, was a little tricky. We knew that we wanted to settle in Sarasota however we were not familiar with all of its neighborhoods. Irma listened to our likes and needs and then did an excellent job finding homes that fit our bill. She spent the time to preview homes for us and send us video walk-through tours so that we could get the real "feel" of the home. Irma was also excellent at communicating with us, which was also sometimes tricky as we were both working full time and often could only talk in the evening or on weekends. On one of our "home search trips," Irma was able to work around our schedule and arranged for us to tour 4 or 5 homes on a Friday evening, after we flew into Sarasota that afternoon.
